Zoom Support Connection

Support over Zoom will be scheduled as needed. If you would like to have a Zoom session with a member of the IT support team, please email them at help@math.mit.edu and request zoom support.

For IT support outside of office hours:

• – submit a ticket to the math department desktop support team Jay Carrasco and Scott Blomquist (TechSquare)
• or or 617-253-1101 – submit a ticket to IS&T, MIT’s central IT support department. IS&T is staffed 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to help with IT issues not specific to the Math Department IT setup.

The Math Department or IS&T will never ask you for your username or password by email. Please ignore any email asking you to send your username or password, it is a scam and an attempt to steal your identity.
